We are seeking a passionate Pastor/Church Planter to lead the revitalisation of Central Baptist Church in Southampton city centre. Supported by Testwood Baptist Church through the Living Church Network, you will serve under the oversight of Testwood’s Senior Pastor. Your role will be to lead this church into a new season -developing vision, building community, and growing vibrant, gospel-centred ministry in a diverse urban context. The ideal candidate will be a gifted leader, Bible teacher, and team builder.

This is a full-time post with salary in line with BU stipend and a four-bedroom manse.
