Boys’ Club

For: Boys in school years R-6

Meets: Alternate Mondays (check dates on right) 6:15pm – 7:30pm

Run by: Sarah John

Cost: £1 per session (which includes 20p for tuck)

Boys Club meets on alternate Mondays throughout the school term at Testwood Baptist Church, from 6:15pm until 7:30pm. We aim to provide a safe and welcoming space for Primary School age boys to hang out and play.

Activities include active games like football or unihoc in the Sports Hall, with more settled play upstairs, including board games, pool, table tennis, consoles and crafts. Most weeks there will also be something more specific going on (see the termly timetable below), and some weeks we end the session by taking a shot at our target Bible verse – if you remember it for the following session you win a mystery tuck-shop treat!

Boys Club runs in parallel with Girls Brigade, (which meets on Thursdays at 6:15pm) and feeds in to TBC Fridays, our Secondary School age youth club. Boys Club costs £1 a session, which includes 20p for tuck.

If you’re interested in joining us for Boys’ Club come along on one of the dates listed and visit, or give the office a ring on 02380 860320.
